Extra comfy bed, nice and professional staff, clean and moody swimming pool, spacious and kid-friendly room, attention and kindness of Mr. Manara, upgrade given at arrival, spacious suite, huge bathtub in the bathroom, accommodating staff.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and visit key attractions. Comfortable and quiet rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. Friendly and efficient staff who provide excellent service and make you feel welcome throughout your stay.
Limited dining options within the hotel, with only one restaurant available that can be quite expensive. Lack of an outdoor pool, which would have been a great addition, especially during the summer months.

During my recent trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel located right in the financial district. The hotel was also conveniently situated in the financial center of the city. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that the hotel was within close proximity to a very large shopping mall with many alternative dining choices. The room in which I stayed was large and comfortable, providing a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to cater to my needs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of tasty dishes, both from Asian and Western cuisines. The hotel also boasted excellent facilities, including a gym and a spa, which were of great convenience to me during my stay.
The only drawback was the hotel's location, which was not within walking distance to the main attractions such as the Forbidden Palace.

This hotel is simply amazing! the exclusive amenities, such as the spa centre and indoor swimming pool, made my stay even more unique and luxurious. the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to fulfil all my needs. the restaurant and the bar area offered a great variety of options and the in-room breakfast was perfect for a lazy morning.
Although most of them spoke fluent English, some had trouble understanding my requests.
